Your MIND is Conditional to the TRUTH, Meaning It Can Be Influenced By Your Heart and/or the Things in the World (Rather True or False; Rather Natural and/or Super-Natural).  The MIND also Serves as the Bridge of the Divine God in Your Heart with That of the Same Divine Spirit / Being in the Heaven (The Eternal Realm). 

Thus, the MIND is a Pivotal Tool of Mankind in Shaping and Fulfilling the Beholder’s Purpose / Calling and/or DESTINY in Life on Earth and the Omnipresence of the Eternity (the Eternal Spirit of God and of His (wo)-Man) According to the Measure and Quality on Information it Receives.  Thus, the MIND Truly is a Terrible thing to Waste, Especially in Regards to the Lie.

Relative Payment Disbursements Ought Be Allocated Quarterly Up to 4 Quarters.  State Governments Need to Be Looking for Efficient and/or Scientific METHODs to Balance Their State Budgets: 

The Goal in Balancing Federal and State Budgets is to Refine (Not Necessarily Cut), as In Modernize (through Policy and Resource Updates and Waste Elimination within Principle Programs) Relative Program, as Oppose to Simply Cutting (Potentially Working) Programs.

Default Supplemental Funds Should Be Allocated to Cover More so, Resources and Service Implementation Reforms.  Staff Should Be Retained Based on Their Ability to Recommend and Implement More Efficient METHODs of Services and Resource.  A More Quality Service and Resource at a More Consolidated Cost.

The General Welfare of State and Municipality Needs are a Greater Priority Than the Welfare of the Likes of General Motors and Citi Bank. ???

“The Question: ‘Can Lust Turn into Love’?”

Roughly, Lust in Doubt is Passion: It would seem that the lust was misdiagnosed, in which case Lust was likely passion or emotional.  It's important to understand the emotional and spiritual relationship of sexuality that you may distingush Lust from emotional from Love.  Passion is Emotional Love; sometimes the love is denies in passion because of the complications that it can cause.  But God will never be denied only deferred or destroyed or miss-understood.

The Love of God within ourselves need to be realized in order to really appreciate LOVE and understand our moods and attitudes and feelings relative to the act of sex.  In other words, we must learn to understand our HEARTs with our MINDS, as oppose to simply just relying on our hearts.  The heart is fundamental but the MIND is just as fundamental in binding the Spirit of Love with our HEARTS.
